The Grenoble-based start-up has developed Voice of the User (VoU), a business intelligence platform that makes it possible to “identify spontaneous online conversations to reveal the specific characteristics expected of products and services, in order to better orient their development and launch”, explains its marketing director, Philippe Dulac.
